Neighbors were calling that the nephew was in the house. Arrived and T.P.D. was arriving and was waiting for back up. T.P.D. found Edgar in the house cooking food. He was removed and arrested for trespassing. He enter through the small window in the rear of the house where the cooler was removed. The side door was also opened and the wedge support against the plywood has been removed. There was a female in the picture sent and she was not on site when T.P.D. entered the house. Did find a rented scooter in the house and added stolen property in the house. They did bring CSOs to check with the neighbors on the the fire next door. Once T.P.D. was done, called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the house. The temp. fence was cut at the connection of the panels and the was re-tied on site by inspector. The gates were re-locked and will go back to post Do Not Enter. Have another case for a demo of the property and waiting for the court date. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
