01/19/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | At 7:40a there are no trucks idling or making deliveries in the rear of the building. There are several delivery trucks parked and a few idling in the front of the store and the drivers are making their deliveries through the westside front store entrance. I have seen four delivery trucks pull around to the westside front entrance of the store and it appears that they are not using the rear for deliveries at this time. There are a few trucks parked in the rear but none of them are idling and are neatly parked. The only activity happening is the forklifts loading items from pallets into the stores rear loading dock. The rear of the store is clean relatively quiet. | |

05/05/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | Home Depot has not changed the use of the parking lot to fit the current site plan. They still have trucks and a large storage container placed in the back. I am not aware of any new site plans submittals by The Home Depot. I will be issuing a citation |
