12/14/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Office called that T.F.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and the units still on site as a active scene. T.P.D. on site getting info on person who hit the house. The car hit the front of the house and removed the front door, the front casement window (6' x 4') and the double red brick wall. 16 l.f. x 8' high. The red brick wall has cracks in the wall that remains. There is a mini split in the living room that is off the frame. There was a light in the wall by the front door and that is also removed and the wiring in not able to locate where removed. The breakers to the living room area have been turned off at the main electrical panel. The front porch has 2-4 x 4 wood post removed and the 4 x 4 wood beam has split where on post was broken. The property manager gave permission to have the property secured by the City of Tucson contractor. Called Arcaiden Industries to secure the house. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The living room has been blocked off and if allowed, the other room can be used where the tenant can stay in the house. Did let the manager know that will have to have something in writing and a contractor check the site before staying in the unit. Has access to the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and a spare room. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front and side windows. RV.
