Water heater caught fire and thermostat was replaced, but entire water heater needs to be changed out. There is an strong odor (glue or sealant) that permeates throughout Apt. Apparent water damage noted to bathroom floor (flooring needs to be replaced as well as Sink/vanity). Heater element in bedroom does not operate properly. Air ducts throughout apartment are sealed, tenant complained of bird feathers coming through Air ducts) Talked to Property Manager who stated they would address all issues. Follow up 12/21/22 |
