12/13/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire next door and the sprinkler head went off and flooded the unit. The water was leaking into the unit and the flooring is carpet tiles. The water was puddled half way into the unit along the wall. There is no fire damage and some ceiling tiles in the drop ceiling have been moved to check for fire in the attic area. The front door was damage on the frame with the locking device being damaged and not able to lock the door. T.P.D. did make contact with the rep. for the business and he was coming to the site. The furniture is wood grain and in the area of the water on the floor covering. The agent will be calling the insurance company to check the damage and will come back to have the water extracted from the carpet. Did get approval to place plywood strips on the doors to have secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. The agent signed the paperwork and left the site. Still trying to make contact with the property manager. Have called the management and left messages and no return call. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to secure the front door. RV.
