VISITED SITE, I FOUND NO CATS AND NO FOOD DISHES ANYWHERE ON THE SIDEWALK AREA, BOTH PASTIME OR LOS ALTOS. THERE WAS A BLUE SQUARE PLASTIC PAN ON THE WEST SIDEWALK AREA FILLED WITH DIRTY WATER. THERE ARE NO ISSUES, NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE |
