In Violation |
Did forward a copy of the Court Order and summary to Transportation Department advising them they are authorized to enter and abate. Transportation Department Superintendent states "The DTM Streets Division doesn’t have resources to repair sidewalk that is in Chapter 25 violation when the violation is adjacent to a commercial property. Our directed focus is in assisting low-income homeowners in a cost share program that, currently, we are a couple years behind in getting the requests caught up." There are no further actions that can be taken. Case will be closed as non compliant. -VM |
