Cabinets under sink and near dishwasher are rotted, collapsing. Holes into base of cabinets. Countertop rests on dishwasher door, is not anchored correctly. Holes into wall around plumbing and wall is not sealed. Dead roaches present in cabinets. Observed multiple live roaches that came out of dishwasher and cabinet. Drywall above kitchen sink is cracked and paint is peeling. Top outlet in living area is missing and can see into the junction box. Hole into bedroom door. Upstairs bathroom cabinet also rotted wood and has caved in on the bottom. Bathroom sink has standing water and does not drain. Drawer on cabinet in bathroom upstairs is coming detached. Spoke to property manager on site and provided her with copy of inspection report. -VM |
