The electrical outlet in the main living room has not been replaced. There is a countertop surface in the kitchen still peeling. The holes in the wall under the kitchen sink have been spray foamed and are now covered with new cabinets. The drywall on the soffit near the kitchen sink has not been repaired. There were no live or dead roaches present in the kitchen, the infestation appears to have been eliminated. The sink in the upstairs bathroom drains water and no longer is clogged. Cabinet under the kitchen sink, near the dishwasher, and against the wall to the left of the kitchen sink were all replaced. The cabinet under the upstairs vanity has been repaired. The drawer in the upstairs bathroom was not repaired and has completely sunken into the enclosure. The dishwasher was removed and there is a new countertop near the kitchen sink which will abate that violation. Took pictures of the aforementioned violations and will issue a citation to the property owner. -VM | |
