Observed trash and debris on the east side of the property scattered on the ground. Some of the trash and debris included old household appliances. I advised the owner to remove the trash and debris within the week and she agreed. I also verified that the owner has two goats located on the property and that the goats are properly contained and the pen is 20 feet from the neighbors property line. |
