223 PM - All trash and debris has been removed from the property, to include the rear yard. Graffiti has been removed. Weeds on the property and in the right of way/street have been cut and removed. The structure is boarded on the side and rear windows and appears secure. The previously open side gate has been boarded shut and is secure. Violations abated, close case. -VM |
