12/14/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site in the morning and the evening to open and close the gates. Did let the owner know that will be back at 4:00 PM to secure the gates. Did go over that if no work being done, that he and the group will be ask to leave and the gates will be locked. Did receive a call from lieutenant Brady that people are on the property. Did go over that I opened the gate this morning for the owner and some help to clean the property. I did go over and check and met with the Zebra team and went over on the owner cleaning the property and will be locking the gate at 4:00 PM. I did meet with the owner and the workers and a lot has been done on removing items out of the property. The owner is scraping the metal and has it ready to pick up to sell. RV.
12/15/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the property and no one on site. Did not open the gates and have not received a call to meet at the site. Will check tomorrow. RV.
