On site with tenant and manager. The heater will not turn on. Electrical service panel in the bathroom has hole in the wall under the panel. Light fixture in the bathroom, the lights will flicker on and off. The closet door in the hallway if off track and will not close properly. Two outlets in the living room are crack and loose. |
