On site at property. TEP confirmed that there is no power at the property. There is no indication that the property is stealing electricity from other properties. There is however a large amount of trash and refuse as well as damage to the facade of the property that requires repair. The front and side gates have been chained shut however there is a large sheet covering a cut out strip of fence, allowing entry to the property. |
