This is the same parcel and is the abutting business to the east. The fire was controlled and did not progress to this address. TFD did cut power. TEP did not place a lock on the disconnect. The fire may have caused smoke and electrical damage. A license contractor will be required to inspect this property for any electrical damage prior to re-energizing service. Permit my be required if there is damage from the fire that required repairs. All necessary paperwork was signed and given to management. This business was not condemned. Licensed contractor inspected property and re-energized service. Inspection report will be sent via email. |
