There is significant fire damage to the interior partition wall, wall cavity, ceiling and roof. Metal studs and block wall are exposed. There is possible structural damage. Plaster/drywall and insulation have been burned. Ceiling tiles are missing/damage. Ceiling grid shows evidence of heat/smoke impact. Electrical conduit appear to be exposed and possibly compromised. There roof drain that runs through the fire damaged wall is completely melted. There is possible smoke and water damage throughout the interior. Electric services have been shut off and locked by TEP. There is no gas service at this address. Water service is still active. Owner will secure. Permits required within 60 days. All work must be done by licensed contractor. |
