Company is onsite conducting exterior and interior cleanup of garbage, old furniture, and discarded drywall and insulation that was from prior human damage and not a current removal. Project Manager says architect is completing plans and will be applying for a commercial interior remodel/demo permit soon. A permit for a new wall will be submitted later when they are ready to build. There is a Pima County NESHAP activity permit for asbestos removal in areas identified such as old tile mastic. With the upcoming permit application, they expect to apply for another for areas that are discovered as the process moves forward. No current illegal occupation; PM is trying to stay on top of it; he was advised to submit a TPD letter of consent for the property and to ensure no illegal occupation occurred. States they are in contact with TPD daily. | |
