On site, two trailers on the north site of the property occupied by tenant and three mini-split units installed on the trailers and the roof, property owner only speaks Spanish, scheduled a second visit with Inspector AG both trailers were removed, two mini-split units still on the roof, explained to the owner codes for mini split units and permits required , sent notice of violation to remove or obtain permit for the units. |
