350 pm - Placed a call to the complainant prior to arrival on site, but was unable to reach them. Arrived and found this is a commercial building that is being remodeled with active permits. The property is fenced off, and I am unable to access it beyond the front parking lot area. While on site, I found no noxious odors coming from the building. Placed a second phone call to the complainant while on site, but there was no answer. I am unable to verify this complaint, close case. -VM |
