This ramada has light fixtures and conduit that comes from a shed north of the ramada. A tenant requested help due to sewer backing up into his yard space 134. The exterior clean out is obstructed and the surrounding area is flooded of sewer black water. (Rear door near gas meter and electrical pedestal) Covington Rd. At the east side of the club house near an exit door are unsecured line sets for the HVAC system that is unprotected and prone to physical damage. Will research prior notice given. After several attempts in establishing communication with community management. Notice of violation to clear the obstruct line at unit 134 has been posted at the office with placard. **Not enough details to verify exposed wires near reported awning** Community park has over 200 spaces. |
