There is cracking to the decking and the decking feels lowered outside of unit 226. There’s cracking and chunks of concrete missing from the deck outside of unit 225 and unit 224. The railing is detached from the wall outside of unit 222. On the east side of the building, There’s a beam outside of unit 219 that appears to be bowed and is at an angle.On the east side of the building, the railing is detached from the wall near unit 208 and unit 214. There is damage to where a column meets a beam of the deck at unit 203. The remainder of the deck and railings appear to be in satisfactory repair at this time with no defects observed. On the west front building, believes to be building one, there’s damage to the deck near unit 125 in the form of large cracks. The ceiling underneath the deck has signs of water leaking through including the drywall is coming down. On the west side of the building, there’s cracking to the deck to the south of unit 113 at the column and larger cracking to the deck to the south of unit 111. There’s extensive damage to a wooden column outside of unit 103 and the deck beam is rotted and is at an angle for the entire span of unit 103. There is similar damage to another beam outside of unit 104. There’s damage to a stucco column between units 104 and 105 including heavy cracking, and it appears that this column is warped and is bowed. -VM |
