On site at property with Property management and Southwest Gas. There was flooding from the unit above. Power was turned off at this unit from the inside breaker panel and from the meter. Condemnation, until there is no flooding from the ceiling and all repairs are made from the fire accident in the unit above. Once the repairs are made and there is no flooding, then the power can be restored and fit for living. |
