On site - Tenant showed me that the condensate pan for AC is not draining correctly, and conduit in that area is getting wet somehow, showing signs of rust. Condensate drains into bathroom sink drain, but is not angled correctly and plumbing seems to be leaking from somewhere. Will issue notice of violation. |
