On site at property and spoke to owner. She invited me in and showed me their tamale making workflow, they do not throw oil away, they discarded some beef stock. They make the tamales at the home and sell them around town which is not a violation of City Code. No jumping castles were observed. Further more, discarding stock does not pose any more threat to health and safety then discarding any other trash. |
