On site - Verified overgrown trees blocking right of way at sidewalk and alley. Also observed an accumulation of weeds higher than 6 inches throughout front yard, curb area, and around property in alley on both sides. Overgrown bushes and tree in alley behind property as well, and concrete debris sitting in weeds and grass. Issuing notice of violation. |
