The defendents son (defendent is deceased) runs a food pantry and stores some of the overflow eachweek in spare fridges to distribute in the community. given that all the other outdoor storage has been resolved as hs the refuse and debris, I am disregarding the fridges in public view as I believe it is a net positive for the community. I have filed a dismissal. |
