| 11/01/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Arrived on scene with Inspector Metelov at 2:30AM. TPD (X. Castaneda) was in the process of searching the vehicle that had crashed into the building. Initial inspections indicated that the vehicle caused damage to the A/C and bottom section of the brick wall surrounding the A/C unit but did not cause apparent damage to the door or window of the room. TPD called for the vehicle to be towed and Garys towing arrived on the scene at 2:52AM. Once the vehicle was removed from the building, the internal wall was exposed and Inspectors observed that the wall had rebar internally that had been detached. Sections of the brick wall were pushed into the room. Electrical outlet for AC unit is on a part of the wall that was not damaged. TPD left the scene at 3:05AM and Gary’s towing left the scene at 3:12AM. An Indemnification Form and Notice of Violation was completed and provided to the property manager. Repairs required by a licensed contractor after issuance of necessary permits. |
