In Violation |
Met with the office personal about the inactivity of the NOV and the work done under the stop work order. I noticed through door that work had been done. The personal that was working in the room locked the door and came into the office. I went to my truck to get paperwork and a Stop Work Order to post. I asked for permission to enter the room and they allowed me access. I took pictures of the violations. |
