POSSIBLY AN EXTERIOR, DETACHED, GARAGE HAD BEEN CONVERTED AND WAS BEING USED AS LIVING SPACE. THERE WAS AN ILLEGAL TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER ATTACHED TO THE STRUCTURE. THERE WAS PROPANE BEING USED. THERE WERE MULTIPLE EXSTENSTION CORDS LEADING FROM THE MAIN HOUSE TO THE ILLEGAL STRUCTURE. THERE WAS AN UNPERMITTED ELECTRICAL PANEL ATTACHED TO THE BURNED STRUCTURE. TEP STATED THAT IT WAS HARD TO TELL WHAT THE PANEL DID. TEP DISCONNECTED THE POWER TO THE MAIN DWELLING AND THE DETACHED, BURNED, STRUCTURE IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THE ILLGAL STRUCTURE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS DESTROYED. THERE WAS BURNED AND BARE WIRING THROUGH OUT. THE WINDOWS AND DOOR OPENINGS HAD BEEN DESTROYED. THE WOOD FRAMING WAS ALLIGATORING AND HAD DEEP CRACKS IN MANY AREAS. BOTH THE MAIN DWELLING AND DETACHED, BURNED, STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN CONDEMNED UNTIL PDSD CAN VIEW THE SITE TO DETERMINE NECESSARY PERMITS FOR SAFETY. CITY CONTRACTOR FENCED UP REAR OF PROPERTY.
