Call was placed to 911 to have an officer respond. TEP was able to remove electric meter prior to arrival. The occupant refused to identify himself, stated he did not want us on the property, and the owner did not want us on the property. He refused to provide the owner's phone number and there was no listed number available. There is a fence at the front of the property. There is a large pile of trash and debris in the front yard and the smell of feces and/or urine is present from the sidewalk area. Did post a 30 day notice to remove the trash and debris and a green tag on the front fence. -VM |
