In court for the infraction hearing, defendant was sure if permit is required and why previous permit was voided in April 2025, no ruling on case at this moment, we both walked to PDSD and spoke to zoning official and they verified DP and permit is required for the storage containers, next hearing set for 02/10/2025 10:30am. |
