1018 AM - Called and spoke with complainant to discuss the complaint. Asked about no cooling, I did advise the property has a central system that has either heat or cooling, and given that it is winter, the property would be running heating not cooling. Asked if she has heating. She said the system does blow warm air and goes to 73 or 74 degrees and she also has a space heater. Asked if she is having issues with rats, she said management has sent an exterminator and is supposed to repair a hole into the wall in cabinets. She says they are still turning water on and off, apparently to make repairs. Asked if she wanted an inspection done to compel management to make repairs, she declined as she said she will be moving out at the end of the next month and requested us to close the case. -VM |
