Fire was active in unit 366. TPD and TFD were on site. The fire was contained to the the unit and appeared to originate from the bedroom, and affected that unit only. The water from extinguishing the fire, leaked to the level below. The electrical systems to the downstairs lobby and unit 366 were cut off and isolated from the other areas. The maintenance supervisor was advised of the issues and was given the NOV, Notice to Vacate and the indemnity form, which he signed all three. I advised him the have a licensed electrical contractor to evaluate the electrical systems before restoring power to the affected areas |
