Vacant duplex fire - entire structure burned by fire. House being renovated. No permits on file. Located phone number called KMS left vm to call back regarding board up of vacant structure. Did not hear back from KMS. City boarded up duplex. Water in kitchen sink still running. Could not find the water meter. Turned off water underneath sink. House re-ignited while boarding up. Called 911 again. |
