Went to the mobile home and met the owner of the mobile home. He stated that the sink is not draining properly or the toilet keeps backing up. Did call the manager and she stated that the plumbing was checked. The plumber was called to the site and met and had the plumbing checked with the water in the sink and flushing the toilet several times. Nothing was backing up. The mobile home is for sale and the owner has tried to sell to the mobile home park and wants to much. The maintenance is going to install bull horn clean outs and the property has been Blue Staked. Will be hand digging due to not able to find the sewer line and no room to bring Back Hoe into the property. With the plumbing not backing up will be closing the case at this time. The owner of the mobile home will be responsible for clearing the lines for the mobile home and the maintenance will be responsible for the main lines. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
