222 PM - Previously placed calls to resident on 01/19/2024 and 01/30/2024. Calls were not returned. Contact with property manager on site says unit is now vacant and being treated for roaches. Did view unit. There is a large amount of dead roaches, as well as some live roaches present. Will follow up. -VM |
