Arrived and the units were leaving with the person from the unit. Went to the unit and one of the tenants from another unit was in the unit with the persons dog. The main entry to the unit was forced opened and the door was damaged and the deadbolt was not able to lock. There is no other damage to the interior of the unit. The maintenance was not on site and have no way to contact them or the manangement and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the door opening. The property is owned by La Frontera and gave the person in the unit my phone number to call or give to the office. No paperwork done due to just secured door and will remove to have the door replaced. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
