Met with the owner of the property and they have been given the clearance to operate the towing company from the property. Did ask that they go and talk to zoning and went over that the property is R-2 Zone and that working on vehicles is not a permitted use on the R-2 Zone. The towing trucks are also not allowed on the R-2 Zone and asked the owners to make sure they get a letter or something in writing stating that it's OK to operate on the property to have record of the approval. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
