11/22/2023. 10:10am. On site at property. There is accumulation of vegetation around property and some of the trees are overgrown hanging on streets and obstructing sidewalks in both streets, W. 2nd St. and N. 9th Ave. There is trash and debris located south side of property in the back yard. |
