10/24/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Progress has been made. Garage structure in alleyway of property secured, the garage doors are down. There is an accumulation of weeds in the rear and overgrowth. There is overgrowth obstructing some of the street and sidewalk in the front. Ongoing, issues. Spoke with owner before, at this time cannot get a hold of property owner.

Front of property is abated, there is not an accumulation of untended vegetation at this time for the front of property. No verify for roof rats on property. Progress has been made. Showed compliance. Will follow up for the rear of property and for back door to be secured.

Tree violation abated at this time. Garage doors in alleyway secured. There is not an accumulation of overgrowth or weeds on property at this time. Case closed.
