THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER TO THE PROPERTY. THE GAS HAD BEEN CUT OFF PREVIOUSLY. THERE IS NO WORKING HEATING OR COOLING TO THE DWELLING. THERE ARE MULTIPLE BROKEN WINDOWS ON THE DWELLING. THERE IS AN ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE ROOF IS MISSING SHINGLE, AND OTHER PROTECTION THROUGHOUT THE COMPLETE STRUCTURE. THERE IS DEAD AND OVERGROWN VEGETATION THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THERE IS A BROKEN TREE LIMB LAYING ON THE ROOF. THERE IS HUMAN AND ANIMAL FECES INSIDE THE DWELLING AND ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PARCEL. THERE IS A DILAPITATED RV RUNNING ELECTRICAL CORDS FROM THE DWELLING TO THE RV TO PROVIDE IT WITH POWER. A LADY WHOM CLAIMED TO BE THE OWNER OF THE RV WAS TOLD THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO RELOCATE THE RV OR IT WOULD BE TOWED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND SHE COULD NOT RUN POWER FROM A DWELLING TO THE RV. MUTIPLE TRANSIENTS ENTERED THE DWELLING AND PROPERTY GROUNDS WHILE I WAS ON SITE. TEP CUT FROM POLE SO THAT NO ELECTRICITY COULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO THE DWELLING. THE UNIT IS CONDEMNED AND UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. IF OWNER DOES NOT TAKE ACTION DEMOLISHING MAY BE DONE BY THE CITY IN THE FUTURE.
