1053 AM - Called and spoke with tenant. He states they have replaced his water heater and he now has hot water. Asked tenant if I could view the property as there are no permits for replacement of a water heater as replacement of water heaters require permits for safety reasons. He told me no that he is too busy and wouldn't be able to have me come out. Advised due to this will be forced to close his case. Did leave a message for the property management. -VM |
