RECEIVED A CALL FROM PDSD INSPECTOR WHILE I WAS IN THE FIELD, HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS DOING A INSPECTION ON SOME RAILING, WHEN THERE FOUND SEVERAL OF THE UNITS BEING REMODELED. PLUMBING WAS BEING CHANGED OUT OR ADDED. WASHER /DRYER STACTED UNITS WERE BEING INSTALLED, OUTLETS ADDED ADDING LIGHT FIXTURES ADDED ETC... I INSPECTED THE UNITS GIVEN TO ME WITH THE MANAGER WHO WORKS FOR MEB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, DURING THE INSPECTION I FOUND THERE WERE 3 DIFFERENT MODELS, I ASKED IF THE INTENTION WAS TO REMODEL ALL UNITS. MANAGER STATED THAT SHE THOUGHT THAT WAS THE INTENT OVER TIME. I BELIEVE THEY HAVE ALREADY STARTED THAT PROCESS. ALL BUSINESSES ON THE 1ST FLOOR HAVE BEEN EMPTIED OR VACATED AND POSSIBLY REMODELED. I CONTACTED ERNIE STEVENS AND INFORMED HIM OF MY FINDINGS. A MEETING WAS SET UP TO MEET AT PDSD TO GO OVER MY FINGS AND THE BEST WAY TO GO OVER ISSUE OF 3 MODELS AND PLANS REQUIRED. WHEN BACK IN THE OFFICE I RESEARCHED THE PROPERTY AND FOUND 7 PERMITS FROM BACK IN 2022 FOR ELECTRICAL UPGRADES, REMODEL- REVISIONS, LAND DIVISIONS, TEMP C/O, (2) ROOF MOUNTED SOLAR, TI FOR THE OFFICE AND AMENTITY SPACES. THERE IS NO COMM. WOP. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
