Called and spoke to owner, states he has not started process of applying for permits because he doesn't know where to start. Gave instructions on how to apply for permits using TDC online. After speaking with owner, did notice rear sliding door is open and rear structure has board removed. Notified owner if he cannot have secured today the city will have a contractor secure it. On call inspector was notified to come out to location. -VM |

Was called to the site to have the property secured per inspector Vidin. The house is vacant and unsecured. The interior of the house if being remolded and has removed some walls on the interior. The room that was on the rear of the house attached has the walls removed to make a porch at this time. The interior has new PEX for hot and cold, adding new electrical and changing some existing wires with new at same locations, has no water heater, heating and cooling at this time, the windows have been changed to dual panes and some opening have been made smaller. Has a room detached from the main house that has been gutted of plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, walls and installing a new door at this time. Gas line is being done to both house and added unit with new lines and lacking the gas meter. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the sliding glass door to the main house in the rear of the house and the door to the rear addition. RV. |
