1254 PM - Outlet above stove missing cover. Back door plate is loose and not installed correctly. Light above front door in entryway does not turn on. Light not functional above bed on ceiling fan. Drain under bathroom sink is leaking. Per tenant, no electrical issues and the leak in the kitchen sink is fixed. I tested three outlets in the kitchen and one in the entryway and all test correctly. Spoke with property manager on site and advised of issues. -VM |
