At the time of inspection, there was a large hole in the ceiling. I made contact with the owner and he agrees to fix the ceiling and fix any other water damaged areas. Owner has contacted me several times since, to keep me informed of the progress. The owner made contact with the tenant to arrange a time and they agreed upon today 12/22/22. The owner sent a contractor to fix the hole and the tenant refused service. I have advised the tenant that if she refuses an agreed upon service once more I would have to close her case. |
