101 PM - There is a new wall at rear of property exceeding 6 ft in height, just below 7 ft at the posts. The wall appears to be partially constructed in the rear easement. The wall has been constructed with no permits or site plan compliance. There are multiple structures constructed at the rear of the property. Per aerial view, one structure is 15 ft by 18 ft and would require a permit. There are structures built up to the east property line with roofs that would require compliance review/DDO. Left card with wife on site. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM |
