On site with owner and architect on the phone. Permit T21CM04783 was approved by PDSD. Some of the building inspections have been completed and the permit is expired. Architect will contact PDSD to get the permit open. All the additions and structure in rear yard were added to the permit per PDSD request. The DDO was sign by the neighbors. Owner will submit plans for use a transition/recovery house. Inform the owner that refuse and debris can be put out 2 weeks prior to pick up date. |
