919 AM - SPK TO TENANT. VIEWED PICTURES OF THERMOSTAT, WHICH SHOWED INTERIOR TEMP AT APROX 60 DEGREES. OBSERVED FUNCTION SET TO “COOL” & NOT HEAT. TENANT STATES WAS TOLD BY MGMT. THEY WOULD COME BY TO SWITCH TO HEAT & SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THERMOSTAT. CALLED & SPK TO PROP MGR. SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. -VM |
