Commercial building has tampered electrical service at disconnect box. Disconnect box 3 was disconnected for non-payment. Disconnect box was disconnected and red-tagged. Disconnect box 1 still active. Electrical circuits illegally jumped from box 1 to 2 and 3. Exterior outdoor lighting illegally installed. Exposed electrical wiring and open circuit boxes. Interior commercial building has 3 suites 1,2,3. Interior non-load bearing walls removed creating 1 unit. No approved site plan for this change to floor plan. No current CofO on file for the SMOKE SHOP. Only CofO's on file are for a beauty salon. Shut down commercial building, post commercial building. TEP to disconnect service in the morning. |
